Our return and refund policy extends over a period of 90 days. If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including its original packaging.
To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you if your refund is approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Refund posting is often preceded by a processing time.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace an item with the same one, please email us at contact@arinelle.com.
The costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
The delivery time for your exchanged item may vary depending on your place of residence.
If you are shipping an item valued at over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
